The #1 rated Hard Spun will head to the track on Monday in the Pennsylvania Nursery Stakes. Expected to be nothing more than a public workout, Hard Spun should win this easily and head off to Oaklawn Park next Wednesday to begin a push to the Kentucky Derby.
It is believed his next start after the Nursery could be the Grade III Lecomte Stakes on Jan. 13 at the Fair Grounds in New Orleans.
